Since 1992, we have been providing professional shipyard services in Mallorca. Our qualified team manages haul-outs and launches, comprehensive maintenance and specialised repairs, following ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified processes that guarantee quality and environmental commitment.
The shipyard is the key stage where any serious maintenance or repair project begins. At Audax Marina, we manage the entire haul-out and launch operation with our own staff, certified equipment and rigorous planning.
The dimensions and equipment of our shipyard allow us to perform safe haul-outs and launches, as well as work efficiently on both the hull and superstructure.
This capability enables us to manage everything from programmed maintenance to more complex technical interventions, coordinating all works during the vessel’s time on the hard.
Every haul-out follows a planned process to ensure safety, efficiency and control throughout all phases of the operation.
We analyse the vessel and define the haul-out manoeuvre based on its characteristics and operational needs.
The haul-out is carried out using the Travelift and auxiliary crane, following safe procedures executed by specialised personnel.
During the vessel’s time on the hard, we coordinate and supervise all works, ensuring order, safety and full operational control.
After the final checks, the vessel is launched back into the water in optimal condition.
At Audax Marina, we work under defined procedures that ensure the safety of people, the protection of vessels and respect for the environment during all shipyard operations.
Our commitment to quality and environmental responsibility is based on a rigorous management approach focused on continuous improvement and compliance with the standards required in the nautical sector.
